LOCATION: Pambula NSW Builders | Project Type: Custom Built Home
The clients wanted a house that was modern, sympathetic to the rural/coastal location and provide a high level of interest in shapes, external materials finishes and extensive use of glass in the living areas to provide a light and airy feel.
The house was to take advantage of the northerly/westerly views, and include external living spaces that provided the balance of sun and wind protection, while incorporating the highest possible solar passive capability.
