This spacious and airy house design was taken from the ‘Mimosa’ house design by Rettke Builders.
High ceilings, large rooms, and a living area that flows from the elevated front deck boasting stunning ocean views through the kitchen, living areas and back to the rear alfresco and outdoor kitchen. Beautiful hardwood posts, milled from the family farm support the front awning and frame the front door area.
Energy efficiencies include 2 kws of photovoltaic cells, solar powered hot water system with gas backup, 2 x 10,000 litre concrete in-ground water tanks and double glazing.
