Seamless Ocean View Renovation

This was a large scale renovation which included a design overhaul and resulted in an aesthetically pleasing and practical floor plan for the owners.
The elimination of existing awkward and unused spaces along with the adjustment of floor levels and the utilisation of existing walls where possible allowed for
the creation of new multi-use rooms and areas.
Privacy was maintained from close side neighbours whilst still linking the interior and exterior. This was a challenging task but was necessary to take advantage of the
stunning Northerly aspect and ocean views.
